  • Stock Injectors have a flow rate of 61.8 Liters/hour @ a pressure of 100bar.
  • For model years 2003-2007 we utilize a 143° spray angle, compatible with early and late style piston bowls
  • All injectors in each set are balanced and include a flow test sheet
  • For extreme competition projects only. The complete injector set up is altered in our stage 4 series of injectors. These injectors are designed to get the maximum amount of fuel, in the shortest amount of time, into the combustion chamber. Be careful ! These injectors are not very easy to control. These internal alterations add the advantages of better engine response and maximum performance at high rpm.

    BBI Injector Supply Tubes: 2003-2007 5.9 Cummins + $350.00

    It is always a good idea to install new supply tubes when you install new BBI injectors. The supply tubes have an edge filter inside which breaks up all particles bigger than 50µm into smaller pieces to avoid heavy injector failures. Your old tube edge filters likely have worn edges causing particles over 50µm to get into the injector. Also the sealing cone on the tip of the supply tube can show some wear over multiple assembling processes; Leading to leakage between the injector and the supply tube so it is always worth it to add supply tubes to your injector purchase.
