5.9 Cummins Actual ECM Repair, NOT Replacement:
I have long searched for a company that actually repairs existing ECMs and returns the same one to the customer vs. the majority of companies that simply take your broken ECM, throw it on a pile and ship you a different working one.
While this approach is good for a stock truck; it will result in the customer of a tuned truck to need a vin license on the MM3 Tuning platform since the ECM Serial number has changed, and the MM3 Vin License locks to both the VIN and the ECM Serial number… If either change, a VIN License is required.
