• Cores must be returned within 30 days!

Injector Return Policy:

1. Injectors must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
2. The customer has to cover the shipping costs for the return of the injectors and or tubes.
3. The item(s) must be unopened.
4. A 10% restocking fee may be charged.

Injector Warranty Policy:

1. Customers who suspect a manufacturing defect must return their injectors to Big Bang Injection for testing to determine if a defect exists.  We will provide shipping info upon customer request.
2. Shipping cost is the customers responsibility
3. If a defect is found: The injector(s) will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of BBI and the customer will be reimbursed for shipping.
4. If NO defect is found: The customer will be responsible for the cost of injector testing and return shipping
5. NO other liability is assumed or agreed to by 5-9 Diesel LLC.
